Cool. What happens in three months when something better comes along?
Here's what organizations actually say when they're focused on the right things: "We solve these problems." "We deliver these outcomes." "We measure success by these metrics." Not once do they lead with their platform expertise.
If your AI partner's LinkedIn profile lists every tool they know instead of every problem they've solved, you're talking to the wrong partner.
The technology doesn't matter. n8n doesn't matter. The platform doesn't matter.
What matters:
- Can they engage deeply with your business?
- Do they understand YOUR users that AI should be super-empowering?
- Can they articulate what it's worth to your business?
- Do they have a timeline that makes sense?
Stop asking "What AI tools do you know?" Start asking "What business problems have you solved?"
The answers will tell you everything.
