My Changing Relationship With CRM

I barely log into our CRM anymore.

Instead, I have an AI agent. I just ask questions. "What did John and I talk about three weeks ago?" It goes and finds that information - not just from the CRM, but from my email, from call transcripts, from all the tribal knowledge we're capturing across systems.

Context doesn't just live in one place. And honestly, CRM vendors are going to struggle with this reality. The future isn't about forcing everyone to log into your platform and click through screens. It's about bringing the right information to people when they need it, in the tools they're already using.

This is where I see AI completely changing the game. We're moving from "systems of record" to "systems of intelligence" that understand what you need and surface it naturally.

When your team can access everything they need by simply asking a question, that's when you know you've built something that actually works for humans.
